All appointments require a NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER starting at $50 & up depending on the service. It is deducted from the total amount of your service fee. IF YOU CANCEL IT WILL GO TOWARDS THE CANCELLATION FEE.

• Additional Color starts at $45 & up. Please contact stylist for color request

• NO CALL NO SHOWS will be banned & charged full price of service

• NO GRACE PERIOD. There is a late fee of $25. Calling or texting " Im on my way" Does not exclude the late fee

• After 10 Min without communication your appointment will be cancelled.

• REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE IN CASH ONLY.  

• Cashapp, Venmo, Applepay or any other form of payment is not accepted. 

• NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS

• ALL SALES/SERVICES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES OR CHANGES TO YOUR SERVICE WILL BE RENDERED. 

• Please ensure that your service is up to standards prior to departure. Once departed any changed wanted will be compensated accordingly.
